How do they work? With TAYUTIC VALLEY DOLLARS, you earn 5% back on all your purchases during a calendar quarter (every 3 months). Your TAYUTIC VALLEY DOLLARS will apply to your first order during the next calendar month. We will even notify you by email of your credit amount on the first day of the redemption period. You can opt out of this program adjusting your account settings.
So, for example, if you place a total of $200 in orders between May 1st and July 31st of 2008, you will accrue $10 in TAYUTIC VALLEY DOLLARS to use in August of 2008. See the schedule outlined below:

When you checkout, any available TAYUTIC VALLEY DOLLARS will automatically apply to your next purchase, according to the schedule outlined above. And remember, each TAYUTIC VALLEY dollar earned is equal to $1 toward an eligible purchase at our coffee store!
TAYUTIC VALLEY DOLLARS are not earned or cannot be redeemed on shipping charges. TAYUTIC VALLEY DOLLARS cannot be redeemed on Coffee Club subscriptions. TAYUTIC VALLEY DOLLARS are credited to the account that you log into at the time you made the eligible purchases.
TAYUTIC VALLEY DOLLARS accrued in multiple accounts may not be combined. TAYUTIC VALLEY DOLLARS are based on our electronic records. If a customer feels an eligible purchase was not accounted for, it can be researched and verified by a TAYUTIC VALLEY customer service representative.
TAYUTIC VALLEY reserves the right to reverse a credit of TAYUTIC VALLEY DOLLARS in the event of a cancelled, returned, or otherwise undeliverable order.
Your TAYUTIC VALLEY DOLLARS credit cannot be redeemed for cash. TAYUTIC VALLEY reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
